Crest Dry Cleaners provides a low-cost pick up and delivery service to customers in Greater Geelong and the Surf Coast. Depending on where you are located, our friendly team will pick up your garments on a Monday or Tuesday and return them on a Thursday or Friday. We can also arrange pick up on a Thursday or Friday if earlier in the week doesn’t suit you.

Pick up and delivery is available to all customers, no matter how big or small the order is. We will pick up your clothes from your front door (or another location of your choice) and return them to the same spot. The service costs $3.99 per order for both pick up and delivery.

What is the cost of the service?

The pick up and delivery service is a small fee of $3.99 per order, which includes both pick up and delivery.

Can I pay with cash?

Payments for the pick up and delivery service are made via a secure direct debit platform through NAB using the card you provide when you sign up. We may able be able to make special exceptions for cash payments in certain circumstances. Please call us on (03) 5229 2042 to discuss.

How do I get a Crest VIP bag?

We will provide you a blue Crest VIP bag when we return your first order. It will be clearly labelled with your name and we ask that you use this bag for every order.

If I’m not home, what do I do with my clothes?

Place your clothing in the blue Crest VIP bag and leave it on your front porch or near your front door. You can use any bag if you do not have your VIP bag yet. Our driver will collect your items and return them to the same location.

Can alterations or repairs be done?

Yes, however we cannot guarantee your items will be returned within the same week. The items requiring alterations may take up to 1-2 weeks to be repaired or altered and delivered back to you.

What do I do if I am unhappy with a returned garment?

If you require any further assistance or require an item to be re-cleaned, please call us on (03) 5229 2042 and we will arrange for the problem to be resolved as quickly as we can.

Which days are my scheduled pick-up days?

What if I need something returned faster than three days?

If you need something prior to your usual return day, call our team on (03) 5229 2042 and we will try our best to accommodate you. We might be able to arrange early delivery or for it to be picked up in store.
